The Job

• Assist in the development and execution of leasing strategies that enhance occupancy rates and bottom line of the assets.
• Assist in formulating annual business plan and budget of the commercial leasing.
• Execute negotiation and prepare lease documents, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
• Foster relationships with prospective and current tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns to enhance tenant satisfaction and build harmonious relationships with shop tenants, business partners and stakeholders.
• Consolidate and analyze customer insights, consumer trends, consumption modes and behavior, market analysis and best practices to build successful strategies.
• Generate reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market conditions for management review.
• Address and resolve any issues related to leasing operations, working to find solutions that benefit both the company and its tenants.
• Collaborate with the leasing team and other departments to ensure cohesive leasing efforts.
• Mentor junior leasing staff, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

The Person

• University degree or equivalent, preferably with professional qualification in real estates
• Minimum 10 years’ experience asset & leasing management including 5 years at management position
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Good presentation skills at meeting, to tenants/ business partners/ public.
