The Job

• To formulate and execute digital transformation strategies and implementation roadmap.
• To identify emerging technologies and digital innovations suitable for HKHS.
• To develop technology solutions that support business expansion and service innovation.
• To lead the design, development and implementation of new SSF Initiative Programme APP platform and related digital systems.
• To oversee the entire project life cycle including user requirements, tendering, development, testing, deployment and enhancements.
• To ensure high-quality user experience and customer-centric platform design.
• To develop e-commerce, marketplace and community engagement functionalities.
• To implement programme registration, payment gateway, membership management and loyalty programme modules.
• To support introduction of innovative digital services and customer engagement tools.
• To manage IT vendors, consultants and external technology partners.
• To prepare tender documents, RFPs and evaluation criteria.
• To monitor project quality, schedules, budgets and contractual performance.
• To establish data analytics and reporting capability.
• To oversee cybersecurity, privacy and data governance requirements.
• To ensure compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
• To coordinate with internal stakeholders, service operators and technology partners.
• To provide professional advice and technical support on digital transformation initiatives.
• To represent HKHS in digital transformation and innovation-related activities.
• To undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors.

The Person

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Business or related disciplines.
• Possession of Master Degree in Technology Management, Information Systems or Business Administration would be an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master or related professional qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 12 years' relevant working experience, of which at least 6 years shall be at managerial level.
• Proven track record in digital transformation, platform development and technology project management.
• Extensive experience in APP development, mobile platforms, e-commerce platforms or digital marketplaces.
• Experience managing large-scale external software vendors and system implementation projects.
• Experience in customer-facing digital platforms comparable to HKTVMall, lifestyle marketplace or membership ecosystem platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience in CRM systems, payment gateway integration, data analytics and loyalty programme development is preferred.
• Strong understanding of APP platforms and digital ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI and customer journey design.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy and governance.
• Excellent project management and vendor management capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
