The Job

• 2-year Contract
• Initiate and conduct research and studies to identify housing development opportunities in Hong Kong.
• Undertake planning and development feasibility studies, including research, analysis and evaluation.
• Advise on planning and development strategies to support project formulation and implementation.
• Provide town planning, urban design, and related technical advice to in-house teams, ensuring compliance with statutory and planning requirements.           
• Prepare planning briefs, planning applications,  impact assessments and related submissions.
• Manage the master planning process for housing developments.
• Lead and coordinate consultant teams related on planning-related matters.
• Liaise with Government authorities and different stakeholders to facilitate the planning and development processes.

The Person

• Degree in Town Planning or equivalent.
• Professional Member of HKIP or equivalent.
• 12 years’ relevant experience with a minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience, of which 5 years at managerial/supervisory level.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and  the ability to work independently, manage pressure and meet critical deadlines.
• Good stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in  MS Office application, and relevant design or presentation software.
