We are in the course of expanding our retail properties into a diversified portfolio comprising community shopping malls and high street shops.  Anchored in the HKHS’s strategic focus on inter‑generational living, we are seeking passionate talents to grow with us and help shape vibrant, people‑centric destinations for the community across all age groups. 

The Job

  • Handle daily office administration and maintain filing systems
  • Process payments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and maintain stock levels
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including ISO-related records
  • Assist in budget preparation, quotations, and financial record-keeping
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on administrative matters
  • Respond promptly to enquiries related to office operations

The Person

  • HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 3 or above, including English and Chinese or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of clerical or customer service experience, including at least 1 year in a customer service-related industry.
  • Basic knowledge of estate/property management is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, with good typing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-minded, able to work independently under pressure
  • Applicants with less experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Officer
