The Job

• Manage daily mall operations, including facilities, security, cleaning, and maintenance
• Attend to tenant enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Supervise and monitor contractors’ performance and service quality
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Prepare operational reports and handle administrative duties
• Support event coordination and crowd control during peak periods
• Handle emergencies and incidents promptly
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties for smooth operations
• Work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays on a rotational basis when required

The Person

• HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 3 or above, including English and Chinese with at least 1 year of relevant working experience or Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Real Estate / Property / Housing Management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
• Basic PC knowledge
• Strong customer service mindset
• Interest in developing a career in the property management industry
