As a key member of the Learning & Development team, this role manages the design and delivery of learning and talent development initiatives that support organisational growth. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to build relevant, impactful programmes that enhance workforce capability and strengthen the talent pipeline.

The Job

• Devises and implements talent development initiatives to build up talent pipeline aligned with organisational needs.
• Drives and manages Management Trainee (MT) and other structured talent programmes, including programme design, rotation planning, training curriculum, and stakeholder management.
• Designs and delivers training programmes to staff members to upskill workforce, and to meet training needs in alignment with business priorities.
• Partners with internal stakeholders and manages external vendors to achieve programme /project objectives. 
• Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of talent and training programmes through feedback and analytics; and recommends enhancements where appropriate.
• Continuously reviews processes and explores innovative approaches to improve efficiency, learning impact, and overall programme effectiveness.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Science or Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Development/ Learning & Development.
• Passionate, proactive, customer-centric, and mature.
• Well-organized with sound problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Effective communication with good presentation and people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Learning Management System, and training tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
