The Job

• Supervise and monitor the Landscape Coordinator / Gardeners / Labourers / Contractors of the estates to manage the landscape area in good condition (e.g. planting and landscaped items, workmanship, etc.)
• Design, plan and follow up on the landscape, tree management / maintenance work such as the landscape plans, trees, planting items and the selecting and supervising of landscape contractors. 
• Arrange festive / new year and Christmas plants for the estates including quotations and procurement.
• Prepare tender documents for the Landscape job.
• Ensure landscape are safe and comply with regulations and guideline.
• When required, give advice to estate offices with respect to the landscape / tree management / maintenance work.
• Assist to arrange / hold workshops, talks and activities in landscape, gardening and tree management. 

The Person

• Degree or Diploma in Horticulture or Botany
• Should have 5 years’ or more relevant working experience
• Knowledge in Government’s Regulations on planting items, tree management and other tree issues.
• Good knowledge of plant species.
• Experience in landscape and garden design.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• With recognized qualifications or training in arboriculture is preferred.
