The Job

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to General Manager (Property Management)
  • Answer, screen telephone calls / visitors.  Respond to inquiries and direct callers to the appropriate individuals, as necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondences / reports according to the general guidelines from the General Manager.
  • Co-ordinate and organize meetings and business activities with internal and external parties, including arranging the logistic and setting up equipment, preparing agenda, distributing materials, and taking minutes for the meetings.
  • Develop and maintain effective and comprehensive filing systems and confidential information.
  • Assemble and submit relevant data from files.  Compile statistics and information as directed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

The Person:

  • Tertiary education with formal secretarial training.
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management skills and well organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing) and familiar in using different mobile devices applications.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
