• Prepare report for rental and capital valuations.
• Provide technical support in market research. Collect and analyze market transactions, properties and land related news. Document information collected and maintain a data bank of market information.
• Carry out site inspection; compile cash flow forecasts and budgetary reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned in relation to the Planning and Development Section.

 The Person

• Degree or Diploma/Certificate holder preferably in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management or related disciplines with minimum 3 years’ working experience.
• Experience in valuation, feasibility studies, sales and marketing of properties, real estate development and tenancy matters is a definite advantage.
• Dedicated to work with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Windows applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
