About the Programme 
 
Our Management Trainee (MT) Programme aims to develop ambitious young talents into future leaders – young talents who will carry on the Housing Society’s dedication to serving the Hong Kong community and creating homes for sustainable living. 

The programme offers structured on-the-job training, rotations, and mentoring support. Over two years, trainees will gain extensive exposure to HKHS’s diverse property management portfolio, including: 
• 21 public rental housing estates 
• 22 properties 
• 9 rental estates providing elderly persons’ flats 
• Commercial leasing operations 
 
This is a unique opportunity to develop professional knowledge, management skills, and a strong sense of purpose through serving Hong Kong’s community.
