The Job

• Prepare statutory and financial reporting in accordance with HKFRS
• Prepare management information and analysis of business operations for monitoring and evaluating performance and KPIs
• Participate in and support the establishment of the budgeting and planning process, and perform analysis to ensure effective budget control
• Recommend and implement improvements in accounting practices and financial control procedures
• Assist in enriching the management information repository to support business exploration and monitoring
• Perform any other duties, ad hoc tasks, and reports as requested

The Person

• Qualified accountant with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
• A minimum of five years' relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in performing statutory and financial reporting at corporate and operational levels
• Experience in accounting for fund investments/financial products, property development, and property leasing and management is a plus
• Knowledge of financial accounting and financial information disclosure requirements under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and Exchange Listing Rules is an advantage
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office, as well as accounting software
• Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
• Strong communication skills
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager (Accounting)
