The Job

• Handle monthly billing of manager’s remuneration for managed properties, and miscellaneous income and receipts.
• Perform monthly income and accounts receivables reconciliation to ensure timely and accurate accounts records.
• Calculate and monitor monthly rent amortization of elderly housings’ tenants to ensure accuracy.
• Assist to prepare operational analysis and reports to support the financial control.
• Assist in creating solutions for repetitive tasks such as data extraction, transformation and loading for enhancing the efficiency of daily operations.
• Handle rent and rates revision and concession calculation for iHousing data upload.
• Other ad hoc assignments.

The Person

• Degree holder in accounting or or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences with solid experience in accounting receivable.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in interacting with business user.
• High computer literate and strong spreadsheet skill.
• Working experience in handling data interface between billing system and accounting system will be an advantage.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
