The Job

• Lead and supervise the overall installation, implementation and administration of Windows & Linux Server, Microsoft O365 Collaboration Services. Cloud Infrastructure maintain, design and implementation such as Azure/AWS.
• New initiative of collaboration O365 services. Integrate with AI technologies. Such as ChatGPT enterprise data and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Manage IT project timelines and deliverables. Liaised with business units to identify and implement optimal IT and business solutions.
• Supervise IT solutions implemented by internal IT teams.
• Manage and work with external service providers on various IT projects.
• To manage the roll out the DevSecOps solution across the enterprise.
• Build and maintain the delivery pipeline applying CI/CD principles.
• Responsible to maintain DevSecOps and Agile tools to enable CI/CD operating model and agile development.
• Work with the IT Infrastructure Managers in identifying and recommending the most appropriate computer technologies and in preparing the annual IT budget for the Housing Society.
• Assist the IT Infrastructure Managers to maintain and enhance the reliability and availability of Infrastructure services.
• Assist the IT Infrastructure Managers to establish quality standards, policies and procedures and guidelines on Infrastructure services.
• Monitor the performance of secondments, contractors, service providers and vendors where applicable.
• Coach, develop and motivate a customer focused, professional infrastructure team to carry out their respective functions and provide technical guidance to less experienced peers.
• Ensure the compliance of ISO 20000 standards to all responsible IT services.

The Person

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline. Certificated Microsoft/Linux System Administrator, PMP, ITILv4, foundation, Microsoft O365, Azure Certification would be preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in IT, of which at least 5 years in technical support and system/network administration in a sizeable organisation.
• Experience in system/network infrastructure implementation and disaster recovery on Windows/Linux servers, O365 Collaboration Services, VMware Virtualization, MS SQL Server, MariaDB, CISCO Network equipment, IP telephony and environment.
•  Excellent written communication skills in English and Chinese
• A self-motivator who is comfortable working alone and have the ability to motivate others.
• Sound knowledge of managing infrastructure projects and managing teams
• Organised and able to prioritise own and team’s workload.
• Mature, dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
