The Job

• Organise regular activities, therapeutic/mutual support groups and festive celebration to residents.
• Coordinate the collaborative projects, mass programs and signature events to residents.
• Mobilise the volunteer teams in rendering community-building activities to residents.
• Conduct regular home visits and concern calls to residents.
• Provide case management and professional counselling for residents, expertise timely referrals to social services whenever necessary and closely liaise with NGOs for subsequent follow-up action to prevent crisis.
• Handle enquiries, feedbacks, and complaints.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

The Person

• Degree holder or above in Social Work (Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in elderly services and/or community services of recognized welfare organization.
• A self-starter with good interpersonal skills, strong teamwork, and maturity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows application, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
