We are seeking a dedicated Manager (Compensation & Benefits), reporting to the Senior Manager (Compensation & Benefits), to in-charge the day-to-day compensation and benefits administration such as payroll, salaries tax, benefits administration, employee’s work injury reporting as well as monitor the HR Management System from the user perspective to ensure smooth operations.

 

The Job

  • Manage payroll and salaries tax in compliance with the legislation and HR policies.
  • Supervise the administration of various benefits programs, including group medical, life insurance, and retirement schemes.
  • Act as a key contact for payroll related audits.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking and policy review to maintain market competitiveness .
  • Support salary review and variable pay exercises.
  • Oversee the work injury cases to ensure proper reporting to the relevant parties.
  • Participate in the enhancement of the HR Management System from the user perspective.
  • Drive digitalisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

 

The Person

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HR management principles.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong managerial and decision-making abilities.
  • Influencing skills to promote collaboration and engagement.
