The Job

• Solve technical problems and deal with urgent/emergency repairs for designed estates or managed properties.
• Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings, specifications and tender document for maintenance and improvement works of building.
• Supervise and monitor work progress on site and certify work completion.
  
  

The Person

• Degree/Higher Diploma in Building/Construction related subjects, with minimum 3 years' post qualification experience in construction or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of Government regulations on building or construction.
