The Job

  • Provide professional advice to the third parties / stakeholders in accordance with Housing Society’s policies and procedures, DMC, BMO, Land Grant, the tenancy agreements and so on.
  • Review and comment management expenses of shops and carpark.
  • Prepare sub-DMC budgets based on main-DMC and sub-DMC share allocation.
  • Liaise with legal consultants on sub-DMC drafting.
  • Coordinate with IO/OC timely responses to queries raised by consultants / agencies.
  • Coordinate with Carpark operator for enquiry lodged by internal sections / external parties.
  • Direct subordinates to investigate problems arisen during divestment process and report to management for solutions proposed.
  • Compile budget and consolidate feedback from DMD for review by management.
  • Process dual diligence for management and manpower budget for eligibility and accuracy of information during the properties disposition.
  • Attend Owners’ Committees / Incorporations and, at times, District Council meetings to gain community viewpoint and explain Housing Society’s policies and procedures during the process.
  • Coach and develop sub-ordinates to ensure delivery of quality services.

The Person

  • Professional qualification in Housing Management such as MCIH, MHKIH, RPHM.
  • 8 years experience in property management with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
  • Good business and political sense.
  • Service oriented, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate or liaise with internal and external parties at all levels.
