The Job

  • To assist the SM(SEW-PM) to establish the operational objectives, plans and policies for the elderly services and related services/facilities to be provided at the various senior housing projects in alignment with the corporate strategy
  • To assist the SM(SEW-PM) to plan and implement the Facility Management (FM) services of all existing and upcoming Senior Citizen Residences Scheme (SCRS) projects, and supervise the FM team to deliver property management services to ensure the services are up to corporate and industry standards and comply with relevant statutory requirements
  • To assist the SM(SEW-PM) to plan and implement the repair and maintenance of all existing and upcoming SCRS projects and supervise the repair and maintenance team to ensure the services are up to corporate and industry standards and comply with relevant statutory requirements
  • To participate in the development of new senior housing projects and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the property management services are up to corporate standards and comply with relevant statutory requirements
  • To assist the SM(SEW-PM) to plan and facilitate takeover of new senior housing projects and ensure FM preparation in place for tenants’ mass intake
  • To develop collaborative relationship with local and international stakeholders, including but not limited to professional organizations, government departments, user groups and related private agencies
  • To be responsible for receiving local and overseas visitors from related service industries for business/service exchange
  • To represent the SEWS in relevant meetings, working groups and conferences, when necessary
  • To maintain a good working relationship with all parties concerned
  • To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

The Person

  • Degree holder, and professional qualification in Housing Management such as MCIH, MHKIH, RPHM, preferable with PMP Tier 1
  • Minimum 8-year experience in property management including 3 years at management position
  • Knowledge or skill required
  • Demonstrated business acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization, co-ordination, analytical and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with cost control and budget making
  • Good knowledge of quality assurance and local statutory requirements for property management and senior housing
