The Job 

  • Formulate the flat takeover and handover exercises for the new residential projects, including defect inspection & initial flat cleaning.
  • Supervise and manage the team members to execute operation works.
  • Responsible for checking flat defects and handover to owners, monitoring defect rectification works completed on time, and ensuring the company's interests are always protected.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to coordinate flat handover matters.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and complaints to ensure that all customers are well served promptly, courteously and professionally.
  • Follow up and manage operation works related to temporary office/sales office.
  • Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor. 

 

The Person

  • Diploma holder or above in Property Management / Facilities Management / Building Services / Building Surveying or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of proven experience in property takeover/handover. 
  • Experience in handling large-scale residential property handover is a definite advantage.
  • Dedicated to work, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficient in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Willing to work on irregular hours and weekends or public holidays as necessary and shift duty required.
