The Job

• To screen and approve applications for Rent Assistance Scheme (RAS),Well-off Tenant Policy (WTP), Take Over Tenancy (TOV) and Name Addition (Type 3 &5) in accordance with related policies & manuals and internal guideline.
• To provide guidance and supervise the subordinate closely to ensure the vetting process is in compliance with guidelines and meet the deadline.
• Responsible for the co-ordination work of RAS ,WTP,TOV and ADD with different sections, such as co-ordinate with IT -Service Admin. Team.
• To assist in in-depth investigation for risk-based RAS/WTP TOV/ADD cases as necessary.
• To conduct periodic review and recommend solutions in streamlining procedures/revise payment template to maximize output.
• To prepare concise weekly / monthly reports with supporting documents for senior's review.

The Person

• Professional qualification in Housing Management such as MCIH, MHKIH, RPHM.
• 8 years experience in property management with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Relevant experience in vetting related applications is given 1^st priority
• Good business and political sense.
• Service oriented, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate or liaise with internal and external parties at all levels.
