The Job

• Develop and oversee various programs and services for Elderly Resources Centre (ERC) visitors.
• Manage the development and service provision of ERC ambassadors and the Age-Friendly Home Living Lab co-vengers.
• Provide supervision to colleagues and ambassadors, ensuring service quality meets established standards.
• Propose methods to enhance centre services and improve ambassador outcomes.
• Assist the supervisor in coordinating centre services with external parties.
• Provide administrative assistance in developing, updating, and complying with ERC’s service guidelines.
• Mentor subordinates, maintain service quality, and prepare relevant documentation for management.
• Fulfil any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor as deemed appropriate.

The Person

• Degree holder in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Health Sciences/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years’ post qualification working experience, experience in Government or related organizations, non-governmental organizations or public organizations is preferred.
• Previous in-charge-of community health program or elderly care projects is preferable.
• Good connection with NGOs, social enterprises, and other stakeholders in social services. 
• Self-starter with ability to excel in a changing community environment. 
• Team player, mature and strong sense of teamwork. 
• Motivated with strategic mindset in service development. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Good command of English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
