The Job

• Solve technical problems and deal with urgent/emergency repairs concerning building services installations and maintenance.
• Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings and specifications for maintenance and improvement works; monitor work progress and contractors' performance.
• Conduct regular surveys on building services installations and prepare reports for management review.
• Review tender applications and prepare tender documents for approval.

The Person

• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferable
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance of building services installations.
• Less experience will be considered as Officer (Maintenance - Building Services)
