The Job

• Maintain banking relationships to raise finances from the capital market if necessary.
• Monitor long-term cash flow projections. Develop funding strategy and evaluate the various options for financing and re-financing.
• Engage and develop relationships with financial institutions, credit rating agencies and other relevant parties associated with financing construction projects; prepare and collect internal information in preparation for the credit and other assessments. Answer queries and organize roadshows, presentations to bankers and potential investors, lead the setting up and maintenance of bank loans, syndicated loans and medium term note program and provide ongoing support to bond investors and/or lenders.
• Prepare papers to the Executive Committee/ Finance Committee for Financing and act as secretary to the Finance Committee.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline.  
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Financial Industry, experience with loan financing, and/or setting up and operating Medium Term Note program and syndicated loan will be highly regarded.
• Conversant with global geopolitics and economic factors that may impact the financing environment.
• Good knowledge of the capital market and funding arrangements.
• Good connection with the banking and finance industry.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, motivated and with self-discipline.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Good people management and influencing skills.
• Able to lead, inspire and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
