The Job

• Responsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring the overall operation of skilled care services of Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCHE) and Home Care Support Services for tenants.
• Develop, implement and evaluate health care policies and nursing protocols for the respective RCHE and/or other skilled care services
• Oversee and monitor the health care service standards provided to residents/tenants, participate and supervise nursing routines and on-going monitoring of the individual care plan for residents
• Coordinate, implement and evaluate infection control procedures, report and handle epidemic outbreak of infectious disease
• Coordinate pre-admission logistics including screening of application; arrange interview and assessment for all applications
• Coordinate and arrange different allied healthcare professionals to design and provide services according to resident’s care needs
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of staff routines/activities including duty roster, training and performance monitoring
• Manage enquiries, feedbacks and complaints from stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis and annual budget for the provision of nursing services of the facilities
• Organize and conduct business and marketing promotion in order to achieve management goals and business strategies

The Person

• Degree holder in Nursing or Healthcare disciplines with minimum 10 years working experience as Registered Nurse, in which at least 5 years administrative working experience in self-finance residential elderly service preferable
• Valid practicing certificate (RN) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
• Self-motivated with interest in elderly residential home service
• Strong leadership with competence in supervising and organizing group of medical staff independently
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
