The Job

  • Provide general administrative support for estate operations, including rental, sales, car park and non-domestic premises administration.
  • Assist in handling counter services and responding to enquiries from residents and the public.
  • Explain relevant policies and procedures, and escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
  • Prepare basic correspondence, reports and administrative documents.
  • Assist in processing payments, invoices and deposit refunds accurately and on time.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports and records.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, record keeping and inventory management.
  • Assist in the procurement of office supplies, staff uniforms and other operational items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

The Person

  • Grade E / Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages.
  • At least 5 years’ clerical or customer services experience with at least 3 years in customer services industries.
  • Mature, Service oriented, effective typing, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attentive to details, systematic and willing to follow through tasks independently
  • Hands-on experience in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
  • Applicants with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Officer.
