The Job
- Handle the property handover work and follow up the defects rectification
- Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
The Person
- Matriculated OR 5 subjects obtained Level 3 or above in HKDSE, including English and Chinese with min. 1-2 years' experience in customer services in Property Management industry OR Degree/Diploma holders with relevant experience.
- Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing.
- Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
