The Job

• Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with tenants / owners.
• Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
• Support daily operation of estate office
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The Person

• 5 passes in HKCEE/DSE, including English and Chinese Language or above.
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in the property management industry is preferred. 
• Good service concept, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic PC knowledge including Word Processing.
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, service-oriented and attentive to details.
