The Job

 

  • Support Manager (HR) in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to build a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, including campus recruitment, Summer Internship Programme, and Management Trainee Programme.
  • Explore new channels and digital platforms to enhance candidate engagement and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Partner with line managers on manpower planning and resource allocation.
  • Support annual HR processes such as performance management, headcount planning, and budgeting.
  • Contribute to HR projects that drive organizational growth and employee experience.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and other duties as assigned.

 

The Person

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and campus programs.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of employer branding and familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and standard HR compliance practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
  • Ability to use design tools (e.g., Canva) for recruitment marketing materials.
  • Experience with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage but not essential.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about talent engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
