The Job

• Solve technical problems and deal with major repairs concerning building services installations and maintenance.
• Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings and specifications, and tender documents for major improvement works; monitor work progress and contractors' performance.
• Search for information and conduct study on new technologies and methodologies.
• Prepare tender report and procedural document of major improvement projects for approval.
• Assist in training and supervision of junior officers in carrying out the works.

The Person

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines; holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferred but not a must.
• 3 years’ experience in building services maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and professional maintenance practices.
