Senior Officer / Officer (Property Management) - PM-Operation Audit

The Job

  • Assist in conducting audits at various sites to assess compliance with the organizational policies, procedures, working manuals, and other areas if required.
  • Support the preparation of comprehensive internal audit reports that identify key findings, risk exposures, and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist in analyzing audit results, reviewing existing policies and systems, and proposing potential amendments or new controls to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Manager(s) to help socialize and implement updated procedures, ensuring effective communication.
  • Contribute to the formulation of organization policies and operating procedures, with a focus on improving financial controls, transaction handling and record-keeping at sites.
  • Aid in the development, implementation, and coordination of a quality assurance program for the organization’s accounting and financial reporting practices.

 

The Person

  • Diploma / Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting and or audit experience is preferred 
  • Candidates with different level of relevant experience will be considered for different positions
  • Self-initiative, high analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Proficient in data analytics, visualization, and reporting – Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including developing complex Excel spreadsheets with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Be a team player, energetic with a positive work attitude
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
