The Job

  • To participate in formulating and reviewing policies and procedures, updating manuals, guidelines and working instructions or rental policies, service quality, environmental and safety practices in property management and maintenance context.
  • To participate in formulating and implementing the overall planning of Well-off Tenants Policy and Combating Tenancy Abuse.
  • To assist in resourcing of staff in Officer grade by liaising with colleagues of Human Resources Section, preparing requisition forms, conducting recruitment interview, coordinating the arrangement of staff placement and compiling relevant information / statistics for management’s reference.
  • To maintain the quality assurance system by monitoring and coordinating the development and compliance the development and compliance with IMS requirements.
  • To coordinate with internal divisions, sections to prepare replies, reports, enquires, statistics for EC, LegCO, Housing Bureau, SWD, PCPD, OBM, etc.
  • To prepare the documents and correspondence for Appeal Panel regularly.
  • To liaise with external parties (eg. HA, HAD, REO, OGCIO, EPD, etc) to maintain smooth operation between HKHS and colleagues.
  • To carry out administrative duties and conduct trainings as and when required.
  • To coach and develop sub-ordinates to ensure delivery of quality services.

The Person

  • Degree / Diploma Holders in Housing Management or relevant disciplines
  • Corporate Member of of HKIH or CIH is preferred
  • PMP Tier 1 Licence Holder of PMSA is preferred
  • 8 years’ experience in property management with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
  • Good business and political sense.
  • Strong leadership, dedicated to work, service oriented, good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to negotiate or liaise with internal and external parties at all levels.
