The Job

  • Act as the personal secretary of General Manager (Project Management).
  • Coordinate business appointments with internal and external parties, prepare correspondences and meeting documents, such as agenda and minutes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive record and filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative duties, manage expenses processing, and provide assistance in budgeting and financial control.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


The Person

  • Diploma holder or above.
  • Minimum 5 years secretarial or executive assistant experience, with exposure in Developer, NGO, Consultant or Contractor organizations preferred.
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and organization ability.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently under a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese.
