The Job

  • Assist in performing necessary preparatory works before the operation of the new SEN housing estate.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to process the applications for flat intake & handover, including but not limited to flat inspection, response to enquiries from potential applicants, logistic arrangements for flat selection & etc.
  • Assist in compiling tenants’ statistics and preparing estate reports to the management whenever required.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties in arranging and attending meetings/workshops.
  • Coordinate logistic and administrative supports to the new SEN housing estate & SEN Core Team.
  • Supervise the administrative team.
  • Handle Finance and Accounts matters.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints regarding landlord matters.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor deems appropriate.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Social Sciences/Marketing/Business Administration/Management related subjects.
  • Minimum 5 years or above with relevant working experience.
  • Strong organization, co-ordination, communication and problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented and preferably good at figures.
  • Experience in discharging landlord duties is a definite advantage.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua with excellent presentation skills.
  • A good team player and self-motivated with a strategic mindset in service development and delivery.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
