The Job

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing policies and procedures, updating manuals, guidelines and work instructions on CES services. 
  • Assist in monitoring the progress of the elderly care services and service administration according to meeting decision.
  • Assist in carrying out the internal measures for financial control, such as prepare the budget, procurement and monitor of the expenditures.
  • Conduct simple research and work with working groups in devising service protocols and guidelines.
  • Handle staff requests and enquiries in finance, IT, administration and training.
  • Provide administrative support, such as consolidating the statistics, preparing minutes, reports and presentation, drafting correspondence and filing etc.
  • Conduct trainings and coach site colleagues on related IT system for CES cum lounge operation.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor deems appropriate.


The Person

  • Degree holder in social science, business administration, social work or healthcare areas with 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Possessed office administration and management experience in social or health services is an advantage.
  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good manner and committed to team work.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
