The Job

  • Assist in various aspects of corporate governance matters including drafting of Board/Committee papers.
  • Provide administrative support for general meetings and Board/Committee meetings.
  • Assist in administering the corporate insurance programme and coordinate with different parties on the efficient handling of major insurance claims to safeguard the interest of the Housing Society.
  • Responsible for the timely filing of relevant records with the Companies Registry and/or Inland Revenue Department to fulfill the requirements under the Hong Kong Housing Society Incorporation Ordinance Chapter 1059.
  • Responsible for the review, compilation and update of the Policies Manual and Procedures Manual on corporate secretarial services.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder, with minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate secretarial, Board/Committee works and corporate insurance function in a sizeable organization.
  • Sound knowledge in corporate secretarial and corporate insurance duties.
  • Good presentation and writing skills both in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication skill with all levels of internal and external contacts.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong coordination and teamwork, reliable and accurate at work.
  • Good planning and organizing skills with detailed mind.
  • Drive, motivation and high integrity.
