The Job

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining O365 baselines, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint related initiatives.
  • Deliver consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with swift resolution of any issues and reviews performance logs and monitors system performance of all O365 services.
  • Development of automation scripts to reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation and timely support of IT services to business and IT organisation on Windows 2016/2019 Servers, VMware, Exchange, O365 and corporate network.
  • Co-ordinate with user departments and external consultants to define application system needs and perform system design for implementing and maintaining IT services such as O365-based Collaboration Services including email (Exchange), Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Intune and Teams. 
  • Conduct feasibility studies and recommend most cost effective IT solutions where server, cloud and network technologies can be leveraged to improve business process and reduce operational cost such as O365 solution and subscription recommendations
  • Perform vendor and contract management during the procurement and implementation of IT products and services.  Rate and report the quality including reliability, security, system documentation and performance of computer applications/services developed or implemented by external contractors.
  • Work according to quality and security standards, policies and procedures while maintaining the reliability and availability of related IT services.
  • Provide technical guideline and assistance to desktop, network and Service Desk support staff to carry out their respective functions in a professional and customer focused manner.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in technical support and system administration in a sizeable organization.
  • Minimum 2 years' job experience with O365 being core function .
  • Familiar one of the popular BI tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Experience in network infrastructure implementation on Windows 2016, VMware, CISCO Network equipment, IP telephony, IVRS, Virtual Private Network would be a plus.
