The Job

  • Responsible for managing, coordinating and monitoring the overall service operation in SEN.
  • Supervise Nursing team, Rehabilitation team, Psycho-social team, Administration & Leasing team, Facility Management team, Catering team (whichever appropriate); and required directly providing professional services to tenants, residents and service users in SEN.
  • Make timely referrals to community service centers or related organizations for early treatment and to closely liaise with government / NGOs / Hospitals for follow up to prevent from further deterioration.
  • Partner and coordinate with nursing staffs / property management staffs / psychosocial staffs to conduct timely home visits for all tenants.
  • Coordinate the concierge service and provide the backup support to professional/ frontline staffs to handle tenants and related service users enquiries and complaints.
  • Conduct budget control, financial analysis and annual budget for SEN project.
  • Organize and conduct business and marketing promotion in order to achieve management goals and business strategies.
  • Manage and evaluate staff including manpower planning, job allocation, training and performance.
  • Support services planning and development works of ESS core team.
  • Accomplish the duties assigned from Supervisors.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder in Social Work Studies.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in elderly services organization including 3 years at management position; elderly service or mental health services preferable.
  • Good connection with various service providers and stakeholders in elderly/ mental health services.
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Putonghua.
  • Good PC knowledge in Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of public affairs and community relations matters, sensitivity to external political, social and economic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill for interactions with diverse clientele.
