The Job

  • Assist in corporate office administrative services provision at corporate offices including reception service, security services, mailing and dispatch services, car pool operation, tea services and other logistics support services.
  • Provide support service in facilities management including air-conditioning system, electrical supplies, fire services, security and safety system etc.
  • Implement office accommodation and office communication projects.
  • Coordinate efficient repair and maintenance services for office premises and office communication facilities.
  • Provide administration support for communication facilities including IP telephony, interactive voice response system, direct and fax lines, provision of mobile phones, pagers and walkie-talkies.
  • Provide support in office security and safety including fire evacuation and fire drills as well as quality management such as ISO14001 and Indoor Air Quality at corporate offices.

The Person

  • Degree holder in business management studies or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in office administration, office communication, office facilities management in a sizeable organizations.
  • Sound knowledge in office administration and facilities management, including IP Telephony and IVRS.
  • Familiar with building services regulations.
  • Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
